**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in various tasks, including lead generation, client communication, and market research. The Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in different stages of the sales process and work closely with senior sales professionals to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales materials to potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Participate in meetings with clients and support the sales team in negotiating deals.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in managing inbound inquiries and qualifying potential leads for the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
- Attend sales training sessions and participate in team meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales tools (e.g., CRM software) is a plus.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
