Key Responsibilities:

- Software Updates and Patches: Install and configure software updates, patches, and security fixes on servers, workstations, and other devices as required. Collaborate with the IT team to schedule maintenance windows and minimize disruption to users.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Respond to system-related incidents and service requests, investigate problems, and diagnose root causes. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- System Configuration and Optimization: Perform system configuration tasks, including setting up user accounts, access permissions, and network configurations. Optimize system performance by adjusting settings, tuning parameters, and implementing best practices.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to protect critical business information. Monitor backup systems, perform regular backups, and verify data integrity. Test and execute recovery procedures to ensure system resilience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps taken. Generate reports on system health, performance, and maintenance activities for management and future reference.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, including assistance with system-related inquiries, errors, and access issues. Communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner and provide training to users on system usage and best practices.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, software updates, and industry trends. Continuously enhance technical skills through self-learning, training programs, and certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a System Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with operating systems Windows and MAC OS and basic network protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system-related issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of data backup and recovery processes.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
