JOB OVERVIEW- Responsible for medical management and patient care.- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Daily Clinical rounds along with senior consultants of the patients admitted in obstetrics & gynaecology Department.- Patients health status counselling to relatives.- Verify the treatment plans of all patients and advice evidence based correction, as and when required post discussion with admitting physician consultant.- Perform and document history & physical examination- Develop and documents initial plan of care- Document daily progress notes- Obtain and document informed consent- Order appropriate investigations and interpret results- Order and administer appropriate medication and other investigations as required- Audit and approve discharge summary given by DMO and get approval of consultant in the prescribed timeline to avoid delay in discharge delay.- Update consultant (in house/VC) on call every morning on status of patient before shift change.- Actively participate in training of nursing staff in the department- Immediate response to code (e.g.: Code blue) announcements in the hospital- Qualifications- Qualification : MBBS + MS/DNB- Experience : 0 to 3 years experience**.**:Doctor**Job Type**:Full Time**Job Location**:Kompally
