**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Leadership**:
- Assist the Principal in the day-to-day management of school operations.
- Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- **Academic Excellence**:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curricula.
- Monitor student performance and provide support to address academic challenges.
- Promote a culture of high academic standards and continuous improvement.
- **Staff Development**:
- Support and mentor teachers and staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate staff training and development programs.
- **Student Support**:
- Promote student welfare and ensure a safe and inclusive school environment.
- Address student behavioral issues and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities and programs to enhance student engagement.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and the community.
- Collaborate with the Principal, teachers, and other stakeholders to achieve school goals.
- Represent the school at meetings, events, and conferences as required.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s strategic plan.
- Identify areas for improvement and work towards achieving the school’s vision and mission.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support educational initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of educational practices, policies, and regulations.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
