**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Recording keeping of purchase orders and invoices.
- Generation of E-way bills.
- Packing of finished goods bags and reprinting of labels for final dispatch.
- Coordinating with vehicles for timely pickup and delivery.
- Checking vehicles for damage and ensuring all statutory paperwork is in order.
- Maintaining stock registers in both physical and digital formats.
- Physical verification of finished goods stock on a monthly and daily basis.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
