As a Finance Controller, you will play a key role in the company leadership team and will manage finance, budgeting, accounts operations, audit, and banking. Maintain the company’s financial health, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Annual business planning/budgeting exercise.
- Manage Finance and Accounts teams of all 3 group companies
- Review/ Create accounting processes to meet the organization reporting goals
- Helping the Leadership team in setting up operating and capital budgets.
- Track actual performance against the budgets to drive achievement of the plan
- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring internal control practices, compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements including TDS, GST, etc., and Reporting as per Indian GAAP. IFRS is added advantage
- Monthly closing of accounts in Quickbooks and TALLY in coordination with the operations and Finance team
- Preparing Fortnightly/Monthly fund plan, including planning and sending remittances against the purchases.
- Complete control of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processes
- Prepare monthly P&L for management reporting. Keep an eye on the performance, and drive improvements.
- Coordinating all audit activities, including Statutory Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Tax Audit, and filing of ITR. Coordinating tax matters with a consultant.
- Representing the Company before various statutory authorities’ viz. Income Tax/ TDS/ GST department etc.
- Deep Interest in technology which results in better financial planning, reporting, and compliance management
- Monitor and identify areas to reduce costs at all levels
- Manage and oversee all compliances, statutory and secretarial.

**Education Experience**

Masters or equivalent in Accounting with 4-8 years experience with at least 2 yrs. in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.

**Desired Skills**
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and TALLY accounting software
- Deep understanding of Accounting practices in India and the US
- Organized & process oriented
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with good communication & presentation skills
- Proactive having the ability to handle the work in a fast pace environment
