**Job Requirement**
- Should have good communication skills.
- Initiating calls and engaging with potential students over the phone
- Understand the student's academic profile and influence them to visit our office for career counseling
- Schedule counseling appointments with the counseling team
- Must be able to answering phones and explaining the Courses offered by the company.
- Should be able to suggest solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar or fresher can also apply.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- MS word & excel Sheet Knowledge
- Incentive scheme on Sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
