- **The Role**_
This is a mid-senior level role where you will be working across all functions in a fun, fast paced environment. You will have the ability to turn your hand into anything that comes your way, including bespoke marketing material, company campaigns, one off adverts, large documents and provide publication support.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong eye for design detail, creating concepts, working on large marketing campaigns, great time management skills, and a whole bunch of creativity. You will be a member of the design and production team and your focus will be in the visual execution to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- **This is full time position working Monday - Saturday, 8.00am to 4.30pm (IST/Indian Standard Time). You will be working from our New Delhi branch daily. Salary will be discussed appropriately to all shortlisted applicants and will be paid according to the market rate in INR. At NiKa, we are looking for someone who is an exceptional creative designer with excellent communication skills, has excellent attention to detail and we need them NOW If you're interested in being part of a small team, where you will be creating, designing, and supporting the wider marketing team, then this role is for you. We are looking for someone that brings a variety of unique and exciting ideas to the table - helping drive amazing results & fantastic visuals for our clients.
- **Your Background**_
- Tertiary qualified from a Design/Marketing or similar qualification.
- This is a must have
- excellent understanding of NZ geography/locations
- Your ability to interpret a brief and provide a variety of creative executions will set you apart from other applicants.
- You’ll know Adobe Suite like the back of your hand, with a particular focus on After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, & Photoshop.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding in the ecommerce space to do with the design and execution of layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, site banners & GIF making using UI & UX knowledge.
- With most of our ads moving into an animated space, you should have plenty of animation skills. Illustration is also a key component of this role - being able to develop attention-grabbing images.
- Video editing skills are a plus, being able to slice content into different stories, formats, and lengths.
- You’ll have significant time management prowess, knowing how to balance your workload and prioritise tasks. You’re right on board with team culture, but able to work independently and show initiative.
- Icing on the cake is your UX / website mockup skillset, where you can work with our team to visualise what improvements could be made to client’s websites.
You will have a portfolio displaying excellent results. It's essential this identifies your strengths in a diverse range of graphic design and ecommerce projects and profiles some of your exceptional design and artwork. You must be an amazing 'ideas' person and be an effective communicator who has the confidence to produce their best possible work to strict deadlines.
