Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, ideate and create 360-degree campaigns in response to creative briefs from the strategy team
- Conceptualise social media campaigns and write content for them wherever applicable
- Come up with creative ideas that effectively address the problem / opportunity stated in brief
- Ownership/commitment towards the creative product
- Be responsible for creative hygiene at work
- Perform research on assigned topics
- Collaborate with other functions such as art / UI / UX/strategy/video editing to execute the job smoothly and quickly.
- Experiment with new content formats that can be utilised for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships.
- Should be able to turn around work with speed and high quality
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in creative copywriting with an integrated/digital advertising agency.
- Good mix of understanding of traditional advertising, social media, and the digital landscape.
- Collaborative attitude to partner with different verticals in the organisation.
- Responsible and self-driven - need to take ownership of deliveries with respect to both time and quality
- Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should be able to handle pressure and be comfortable with strict timelines.
- Impeccable writing skills and command of the English & Hindi language
- Should be able to work across industries and brands, with an aptitude for flexible thinkin
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
