Adaminte Chayakkada is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our growing restaurant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a delightful and memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests, seat them promptly, and answer any questions they may have about the menu or restaurant.
- Ensure a clean and inviting dining area, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Process payments, address customer concerns, and strive to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain clear communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Uphold the restaurant's brand standards by providing exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (restaurant experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
