Job Title: Quality Controller - Food Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team in the food industry. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet quality and safety standards throughout the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

2. Monitor production processes and equipment to identify any deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.

3. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any quality issues and improve overall product quality.

4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards, such as HACCP and GMP.

5. Conduct microbial testing and other food safety inspections to ensure product safety.

6. Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and test results.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance product quality.

8. Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

9. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.

10. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in quality control within the food industry.

3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.

4. Knowledge of industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.

5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

8. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

9. Certification in food safety and quality control is preferred.

10. Experience with food testing equipment and technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
