Job Title:Admin Executive
Location:Bharuch
**Responsibilities**:
1. Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure availability.
2. Facility Coordination:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Liaise with external service providers.
3. Documentation and Filing:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Ensure proper filing of administrative documents.
4. Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Facilitate effective team communication.
5. Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
6. Travel and Accommodation:
- Arrange travel and accommodations for team members
- Track travel expenses and ensure policy adherence.
7. Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and support for events.
8. Employee Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Address administrative queries from team members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive in printing and packaging.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
