**Job Summary**:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing site activities, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction and installation phases. The Interior Site Supervisor ensures that the project adheres to the design specifications and complies with all safety and building regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing work.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to the approved design plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor the progress of the project, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship on-site to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to quality, design deviations, or construction errors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and client expectations.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, facilitating communication between the design team and contractors.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan upcoming activities.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents or injuries.
- **Material and Resource Management**:

- Manage the delivery and storage of materials on-site, ensuring they are available when needed and stored properly.
- Track and document material usage, ensuring efficient use of resources and mínimal waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work completed, issues encountered, and changes made.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager or Interior Designer.
- Document any design changes or modifications made on-site and communicate them to the relevant parties.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address any on-site challenges or obstacles that could impact the project timeline or quality.
- Provide practical solutions to issues related to construction, installation, or design implementation.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager or Interior Designer as needed.
- **Project Handover**:

- Ensure the site is clean and ready for client inspections and handover.
- Coordinate with contractors and designers to complete any final touches or corrections before project completion.
- Assist in the handover process, including walkthroughs with clients and addressing any final concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in interior design or construction projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
