Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive **Telemarketing Executive** to generate leads and promote real estate properties over the phone, helping drive sales and client engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate calls to potential buyers, sellers, or renters, promoting available properties and setting up viewings.
- Identify prospects, understand their property needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Provide information about properties, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships to drive sales.
- Record client details, interactions, and follow-ups in the system to track lead progress and sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual KPIs, such as lead generation, appointments set, and conversion rates.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets is a plus.
Experience: 06 months - 1 Year
Stipend: 12k to 20k
Location: Basaveshwara Nagara, Bangalore
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
