1. Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.

2. Directs and coordinates hotel reservation activities for Tour Operators, Travel Agents and direct guests.

3. Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel.

4. Reviews all hotel booking reports and current status.

5. Follows up with Sales and Marketing team on bookings and forecasts.

6. Estimates future bookings and establishes a working schedule, in order to achieve targets and budgets.

7. Prepares strategies to deal with unexpected changes in bookings and queries from guests.

9. Adheres to cancellation policies, allocations, stop sales and free sales.

10. Is responsible for maintaining accurate data on the property management system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 per month
