**Qualification and Skills**:
1. **Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics and Communication** or related fields.

2. **Proven experience (0-2 years) in programming and troubleshooting PLC, HMI systems **(e.g., Delta, Siemens, etc).

3. Proficiency in **ladder logic, function block diagram (FBD), structured text, **and other PLC programming languages.

4. Strong **understanding of industrial automation **systems and control architectures.

5. Familiarity with **various communication protocols used in industry **(e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

6. **Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools **such as multimeter, logic analysers, and simulation software.

7. Excellent **problem-solving skills **and attention to detail.

8. **Effective communication skills **with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

**Exposure/Experience in Sector 0-2 years.**
- **Responsibilities Deliverable/Roles**

1. Develop, test, and implement optimized PLC, HMI code as per industrial standards.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design control strategies that meet project requirements.

3. Conduct inhouse troubleshooting of PLC, HMI based systems.

4. Ensure the software are optimized for performance, safety, and reliability.

5. Document control logic, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.

6. Provide technical support during the project lifecycle, from development through to deployment.

7. Stay updated with emerging trends in automation technologies and PLC, HMI development tools.
- **Task and Activities**

1. Perform quality check of PLC, HMI and relevant hardware

2. Design and develop & document PLC, HMI programs.

3. Document control logic, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference 4. collaborate with cross functional team (i.e. Production, operation, design, etc) to ensure seamless integration of the Software with Hardware

5. Test and debug PLC, HMI programs to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

6. Monitor and optimize the system performance during various testing & quality check stages.

7. Provide interdepartmental support for any query regarding Software or HMI-PLC hardware

8. Provide training to Subordinates.
- Measurement Metrics

1. Day to Day reporting to primary Responsible & Technical Manager.

2. Development of trouble free, optimised and user-friendly software.

3. Relevant documents such as SOPs, troubleshooting manuals, Test reports, etc available at any point of time.
