**JOB SUMMARY-**

We are looking for Outcome Accessor (OA) for Agra site as part of our field team who can follow up PSBI young infants from hospital to their home as per study protocols and assess all enrolled infants on specific days of assessment for both RCTs.
- Communicate with hospital physician/nurse or study coordinator to confirm your findings.
- Fill the form A-3 and B-3.
- In case of serious adverse event, fill the CRF C-1.
- For unenrolled cases, obtain the survival status after 14 days of initiation assessment and complete CRF N-1.
- She/He will be responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance standard operating processes (SOPs) for all enrolled cases in both facilities and communities.
- Ensure process adherence and timely data reporting by the project team: Follow all set timelines to ensure timely reporting
- Join periodic meetings with teams to improve quality and coverage of project;
- Provide timely feedback for necessary action for effective implementation of the project;
- Timely documentation of project experiences /Case studies / learning / achievement / activities;
- She/he will closely work with the district and block level team of NHM/health system to ensure alignment and engagement of all outreach health facilities and stakeholders.
- She/He will use new technology/digital interventions (Tab/Computer and other apps)
- Ensure the daily reporting at evening and update daily chart.
- Report to reporting manager time to time for regular update of all activity and task.
- Prepare weekly & monthly progress report and submit to team lead.
- She/He will use their own two wheeler and fuel will reimburse as per organization policy.
- Birth notification in study area birthing centers.

**NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST BE GRADUATE AND HAVE A TWO WHEELER WITH DRIVING LICENSE**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
