Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure timely delivery of products or services and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor client accounts and activities, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, summarizing key metrics, progress, and results achieved.
- Handle client complaints and escalations professionally, working to find satisfactory resolutions and prevent recurrence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the setup process and providing training as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions and driving results.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in client servicing and relationship management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events, as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
