**Key Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.

Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates and antivirus scans.

Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.

Document and maintain IT inventory and asset management records.

Ensure security protocols are followed and data is protected.

Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Train end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office365.

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

- Morning shift
