**Vendor Identification and Prospecting**:
- Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers in India as per requirement.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify strategic opportunities.
**Vendor Onboarding**:
- Initiate contact with potential vendors to introduce our company and value proposition.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations to showcase our ecommerce platform and benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize vendor agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to vendor performance or product quality.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that vendors adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of vendor performance.
- Address non-compliance issues and work towards resolution.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
