- Responsibilities_
- _You are responsible for handling the Taxation Department (both Direct & Indirect Taxes) of Commercial Real Estate developer company_
- _Monthly TDS computations submission, Return and certificate Issuance_
- _You should ensure completion of GST computation and return_
- _Advance Tax Computation and submission_
- _You should be responsible for Annual ITR preparation_
- _Tax Scrutiny and assessment/Litigation (of both direct & Indirect taxes) data preparation_
- _Handle SEZ compliances_
- _Tax Audit/Stat Audit data preparation_
- _Transfer pricing study_
- _MIS Tax Schedules & Tax accounting_
- _You are responsible to ensure Adhoc Tax requests/queries are answered well in time_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com (Hons.)_
- _CA_
- _Meaningful work experience in Indian Accounting & Taxation of Real Estate industry_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good knowledge of Tally tool_
- _Excellent Analytical skills and Excel skills_
- _Good interpersonal skills & highly dedicated in approach_
- _Ability to handle & prioritize deliverables_
