1.Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your assigned geographic area
2.Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and on-boarding processes and procedures
4.Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners in the region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
5.Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key Merchants.
3.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4.Strong organizational and time-management skills
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6.Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area as needed
**Salary**:
15000-20000 Monthly
