Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students interested in overseas education.

- Understand the educational background and career goals of the students to

recommend suitable overseas education options.
- Address queries and concerns raised by prospective students, parents, or guardians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in the CRM

system.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure seamless coordination in the student

enrolment process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education to

provide accurate information to students.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and

communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the education

sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and establish

trust.
- Familiarity with the overseas education process and different study destinations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English and any additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc., is a plus.

Location:

- Mumbai - Dadar

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
