**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact at NIILM University and plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. This position involves managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions across the university.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for faculty and staff.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper registration.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Ensure smooth communication between various university departments.
- Follow emergency protocols and assist during critical situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th-grade education; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Salary and Benefits**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
