**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and optimize our FMCG product listings on various e-commerce platforms. 2. Monitor product availability, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times. 3. Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace tools to manage inventory, orders, and customer reviews, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers. 4. Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search visibility and organic rankings on e-commerce platforms. 5. Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, including sponsored product ads, display ads, and other relevant ad formats, to drive sales and increase brand visibility. 6. Analyze campaign performance metrics, including return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and sales data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize results.7. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition. 8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support on e-commerce platforms. 9. Conduct regular audits and quality checks of product listings, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and optimizing content for maximum impact. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and platform updates, and proactively suggest strategies and tactics to improve performance and drive sales growth. 11. Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad campaign performance, to stakeholders and management. 12. Identify opportunities for new product launches, cross-selling, and upselling on e-commerce platforms, and work closely with the product development team to execute these initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing are a plus. 2. Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive in the FMCG industry, with a focus on managing and optimizing e-commerce platformst. 3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other relevant marketplace tools.4. Experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving ROAS targets. 5. Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from e-commerce performance data, campaign metrics, and market trends. 7. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, or similar platforms. 8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with e-commerce platform representatives, negotiate deals, and resolve issues. 9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 10. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to deliver exceptional results. 11. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
