Position: Instrument Technician

Working location: Vartej-Bhavnagar

Eligibility
- Diploma in Instrumentation or ITI (instrument)
- 1-8 Years Exp.
Jd:

- Involved in maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in repair
shop and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzer by the timely implementation of planned
maintenance procedures.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting for water analyzer, process gas analyzer.
- Involved in troubleshooting and modification of water treatment unit analyzer such as PH,

conductivity, Turbidity, ETC.
- Involved in troubleshooting and modification of sulfur recovery unit analyzer such as Tail gas H2S and

various process analyzer such as SOX, NOX, CO, O2 Etc.

- Experienced in validation, calibration and reinstalling repaired analyzer, ensuring accuracy of operation

and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards.
- Involved in maintaining records on analyzer testing & calibration.
- Expertise in root cause analysis on analyzer failure problems and reducing the down time.
- Experienced in supporting day to day maintenance of analyzers.
- Safe maintenance, calibration, and repair of all site process analyzers, including process gas,

continuous process analyzers, and waste water analyzer systems, including but not limited to oxygen
analyzers (zirconium oxide) as used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring,
environmental monitoring, product quality and process efficiency.
