- Accounts receivable analysis experience.
- Preferable experience with Office Ally clearinghouse.
- Good understanding of HIPAA compliance.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain billing software by updating rate change, Payment spreadsheets, and current collection reports.
- AR Management and organization.
- Audit data to ensure claims are clean.
- Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.
- Ensure the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare bills and invoices, and document amounts due for medical procedures and services.
- Post payments
- Update billing information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the billing system.
- Conduct regular conference calls with RCM manager to review AR and resolution of any billing issues.
- Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies until resolution.
- Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any missing information.
- Investigate and appeal unpaid and denied claims.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications: Any graduation or equivalent experience.

Job Location: Remote.
