**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure product quality meets or exceeds regulatory and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and subcontractors to assess compliance with quality and social responsibility standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality and social compliance processes and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to promote a culture of quality and social responsibility throughout the organization.
- Keep abreast of changes in quality and social compliance regulations and standards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve quality and social compliance issues in a timely manner, including coordinating recalls or corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to quality and social compliance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and suppliers on quality and social compliance requirements and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry groups, and non-governmental organizations, on quality and social compliance matters.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to quality and social compliance and recommend improvements to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, social compliance, supply chain management, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality management, social compliance, or related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and social compliance standards such as SA8000, WRAP, or equivalent.
- Experience conducting audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities and suppliers, preferably in international settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
