Cleaner/checker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Service Person. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service throughout our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure a hygienic environment for guests.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, paying attention to detail.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, following proper procedures and using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Night shift

- Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
