Roles and Responsibility: 1. Deep knowledge of RCC works (Shuttering, steel and concreting works)

2. Should be able to read RCC steel drawings, Working drawings provided by the office and check it thoroughly on site

4. Proper knowledge of finishing civil works of the construction site like plumbing, electrical ,tiling, waterproofing, false ceiling, fabrication and Painting.

5. Should be able to manage at least nearby 2 small sites.

6. Through knowledge of Quality of Building materials

7. Good knowledge of rates of materials and negotiation skills with the vendors for the rates of required materials

8. Should be able to calculate the quantity of materials required for the construction site.

9. Should be well versed with the Autocad and excel software to operate laptop onsite.

10. Should be able to strictly check all the site works of all the contractors and correct them whenever necessary.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
