**Role: IT Support**

The IT Helpdesk Support Technician will provide first-level technical support to employees and customers, resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs for end-users.
- Work closely with the IT team to implement and improve support processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I.T, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly.

**Work Experience**:

- (1-2) years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.

**Location**:Sec 71, Gurgaon

**Salary**:
**Rs.20,000-25,000 / Month**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
