Training Team Coordinator

**About us**:
**Role Summary**:
The Training Team Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination to the training team. This includes aligning trainers/mentors, maintaining the training details, sourcing profile and aligning right person for training and tracking employee training progress. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of training programs and activities. The Training Team Coordinator works closely with trainers, academic team, and other stakeholders to coordinate training sessions and assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the training details time to time.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback of instructors/mentors sharing to manager.
- Acting as bridge for academic team and aligning instructors/mentors according to session plan.
- Manage the instructor/mentor details, training budget and track expenses.
- Work with managers to identify training needs and source right profiles.
- Track and generating training progress reports and provide feedback to manager.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new team members, including providing them with necessary training resources and materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Available during the business hours of any sudden plans and activity
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience in training or a related field.
- Strong learning principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite(word, excel, powerpoint).
- Previous experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Having prior experience with any tech skills will be added advantage.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
