**Job Brief**

Ability to manage purchases to pay procurement activity, Work meticulously and methodically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (including external internal, cross departmental Team. Able to organize work to achieve deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- A working knowledge of accounting software packages.
- Good Knowledge of Excel Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Purchase order creation, Vendor follow up, master files record update.
- Organization & Documentation cross functional work.
- Graduate in any specialization
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in Purchase Support & Coordination.
- Proficiency in English along with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach & can-do attitude, Curious to understand and improve.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to create & deliver reports on requirement.
- Inquisitive and self-motivated to learn new things.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to the company's work strategy.
- Able to organize independently to achieve deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
