A food and beverage (F&B) captain is responsible for the smooth running of an F&B outlet and providing excellent customer service. Their responsibilities include:

- **Customer service**: Ensuring guests are comfortable, safe, and well-served
- **Food and beverage service**: Overseeing the service team and ensuring food and beverage are served according to the hotel's standards
- **Inventory and supplies**: Planning and controlling supplies, and ensuring minimum wastage
- **Cleanliness**: Maintaining cleanliness in the F&B service area
- **Training**: Training service staff
- **Menu planning**: Planning the menu
- **Guest interaction**: Addressing guest requirements and interacting with guests
- **Communication**: Communicating with guests, other employees, and departments
- **Reporting**: Reporting incidents and accidents to management
- **Maintenance**: Notifying management of maintenance issues

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Senior Food & Beverage: 2 years (required)
