To make rounds for monitoring relevant areas and submit a report on the observations along with the suggestive corrective actions to the department HODs.
- To coordinate communication between patients, family members, primary consultants, medical staff, administrative staff, regulatory agencies, and outsourced agencies.
- To inform the bill status to the patient or his / her attendants daily in writing and taking acknowledgement from them on the same.
- To interact with patients and their attenders to identify problems relating to care or billing related queries and maintain knowledge on services and resources available to the patients.
- To communicate and keep all related staff, medical personnel, and consultants up to date on patient procedures, surgeries, and coordinate on other visiting consultants.
- To investigate and direct patient inquiries or complaints to appropriate operational / medical staff members to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- To manage daily collection from the patients and ensure it meets the slabs as per policies set by the management.
- To be aware of the discharge status of the patients and plan for the recovery / collections on timely basis.
- To keep notify the MOD and the operations department are aware of the patients with issues well in advance to make sure that the discharge process happens in a smooth way.
- To keep nursing station informed about all patient related instructions / procedures.
- To work closely with Nursing, Front Office / Billing, Operations, Consultants / Physicians.
- To send daily reports to superiors on Daily rounds report, IP feedback with corrective measures, counselling and conversations with patients, Daily collection.
- To send monthly reports on IP feedback, corrective and preventive actions taken, report on challenges in the department along with tracking and status of addressing the challenge.
- To coordinate OT schedules and monitor patient movement between wards, ICUs and OT and ensure required clearances are obtained and systems are in sync with the patient movement. Ensure appropriate counselling to patient and collections to ensure appropriate balance is available as per organizational policy.
- To monitor and ensure cleanliness of all inpatient areas, ICUs, wards and coordinate with outsourced managers to ensure schedules are being followed.
- To monitor and ensure adherence to visitor policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
