3) QUANTIFICATION OF BUDGETARY JOB QUANTITY FOR BUILDING, FOR AMMINITIES, SERVICES, GROUND DEVELOPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE ACTIVITIES.

4) FORWARDING THE BUDGETARY ESTIMATE TO EXECUTION TEAM.

5) ENTERING THE ESTIMATED JOB QUANTITIES IN HIGH RISE WBS

6) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR ALL WORK UPTO PLINTH ( I.E. EARTH WORK,CONCRETE, REINFORCEMENT, BASEMENT WATERPROOFING, BACKFILLING ETC.)

7) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR RCC PARKING SLABS. ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT )

8) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR RCC ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT ) 1ST FLOOR SLAB ( I.E. HABITABLE FLOORS)

9) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR RCC ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT ) 2ND FLOOR SLAB ( I.E. HABITABLE FLOORS)

10) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR SAMPLE FLAT( MASONRY, PLASTERING, WATERPROOFING, FLOORING, CARPENTRAY / DOORS, PLUMBING, PAINTING, WINDOWS, FABRICATION, ALUMINIUM WORKS. ETC)

11) ENTERING THE DETAILED / REVISED JOB QUANTITIES FOR SAMPLE FLAT IN HIGH RISE WBS

12) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR ALL RCC WORK ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT WORK ABOVE 2 ND FLOOR TO TOP FLOOR IN PROPORTIONATE BASIS.) - IN ABSANCE OF STRUCTURAL DRGS.

13) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR ALL RCC WORK ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT WORK ABOVE 2 ND FLOOR TO TOP FLOOR AS PER STRUCTURAL DRGS.)

14) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR TERRACE SLAB RCC WORK ( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT )

15) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY OF RCC WORK FOR ALL WORK ABOVE TOP TERRACE SLAB LMR SLABS, OHWT ETC.( CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT )

16) RECHECKING / QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR MASONRY, PLASTERING, WATERPROOFING, FLOORING, CARPENTRAY / DOORS, PLUMBING, PAINTING, WINDOWS, FABRICATION, ALUMINIUM WORKS.

17) QUANTIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR AMMINITIES, SERVICES, GROUND DEVELOPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE ACTIVITIES BASED IN GFC DRAWINGS

18) QUANTIFICATION / VERIFICATION OF JOB QUANTITY FOR CUSTOMER CHANGES.

19) REVIEW THE ESTIMATED COST MONTHLY ON HIGHRISE SYSTEM

20) COLLECTION OF NET MATERIAL RECEIPT AT SITE FOR ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING TRANSFER IN AND TRANSFER OUT.

21) COLLECTION OF PHYSICAL STOCK AT SITE FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AT REQUIRED STAGE

22) COLLECTION OF SCRAP SOLD DATA, ROLLING MARGIN, MATERIAL SEND FOR TESTING, MATERIAL THEFT AT SITE

23) COLLECTION OF DATA LIKE CEMENT SLURRY WHILE CONCRETING, CEMENT USED FOR MAKING OF COVER BLOCKS, CEMENT USED FOR CUBE CASTING, REPATCHING OF HONEYCOMBING / GROUTING, CEMENT USED FOR CURING PONDS, CEMENT WAIST IN CLEANING OF PUMPMING PIPES IN CASE OF RMC PLANT AT SITE, MATERIAL USED NON TECHNICAL ITEMS LIKE LABOUR CAMP, W/M CABIN, GODOWN, TOILETS ETC.

24) MONITARING OF MATERIAL VARIANCE ( THEROTICAL REQUIREMENT VS ACTUAL COMSUMPTION ) IN ERP HIGHRISE SYSTEM

25) FOLLOW all departmental working, procedures, reports, records & documents etc. AS PER ISO PROCEDURE & ERP SYSTEM

26) ENSURE ALL WORK WITH 100% EPR IMPLEMENTATION ( SYSTEM ORIENTED )

27) OUR COMPANY IS HAVING PROJECTS AROUND PUNE AND OUT OF PUNE. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS FOR THE PROJECT DISCUSSED IN THE INTERVIEW.

28) THE SALARY PACKAGE ( CTC ) AGREED BY YOU IS INCLUSIVE OF ALL AND NOTHING WILL BE PAID EXTRA.

29) PREPARATION OF CASH FLOW AND MONITAR THE SAME FOR NEXT 4 MONTHS AND REPORTING THE SAME.

30) ACCURACY IN JOB IS MENDATORY.

1) PREPARATION OF BLANK TENDER FORM OR ASKING QUOTATIONS FROM DIFFERENT AGENCIES ON LETTER HEADS

2) ISSUEING THE OF BLANK TENDER FORM TO VARIOUS CONTRACTING AGENCIES FOR OFFERING THE QUOTE

3) EXPLAINING THE SCOPE OF WORK TO EACH AGENCY

4) PREPARATION OF COMPARATIVE STATEMENT FOR FILLED ( OFFERED RATES ) TENDERS / QUOTATIONS.

5) COLLECTING THE FINALY APPROVED CONTRACTOR ALONG WITH SCOPE OF WORK, TIME FRAME AND APPROVED RATES

6) AFTER RECEIPT OF APPROVAL, PREPARATION OF L.O.I. / WORK ORDER FOR SELECTED CONTRACTOR WITH AGREED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

7) PREPARING AGREEMENT & INDEMNITY WITH AGENCY AS PER COMPANY'S PROCEDURE

8) PAYMENT TERMS AND STAGES ( PAYMENT SCHEDULE ) FOR SELECTED CONTRACTOR AS PER COMPANY'S PROCEDURE IN HIGH RISE

9) PREPARATION OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR LABOUR CONTRACT I.E. RCC, MASONRY, PLASTERING, FLOORING, PLUMBING & PAINTING WORK

10) ENTERING OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE WBS IN HIGH RISE FOR LABOUR CONTRACT I.E. RCC, MASONRY, PLASTERING, FLOORING, PLUMBING & PAINTING WORK

11) PREPARATION / CHECKING THE ESTIMATES RECEIVED FROM PROJECT INCHARGE FOR NON TENDER ITEMS / NON WORK ORDER ITEMS ( BLDG. & INFRA, DEVELOPMENT )
