**Job Summary**

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our organization and provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. Their primary objective is to lay out the query escalation process for troubleshooting and to ensure that the helpdesk system remains fit for purpose as the business’ technology evolves. Aside from these fundamental tasks, an IT support executive will also assist with business technology and equipment, including installation, maintenance, and assessments.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assessing the technical needs of the employees & Stakeholder’s and maintaining strong communication and working relationship.**

**Delete ID’S and accounts as required during Last working day of an employee and maintain the data on real time basis ** Maintaining the data for IT asset’s handover and allotted to employees on real time basis ∙ Prioritize and manage open cases at one time **Test and evaluate new technology, suggestions for cost saving ** Biometric punch-in for all the new joiners on the very first day, providing reports as and when required ∙ CCTV maintenance and save the data on drive on timely basis **Maintain access and login to Outlook and drive’s ** Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. **Performance monitoring and escalate the service issues (Firewall/Server/Switches/Storage/VOIP/ILL/ AV and Backup) ** Vendor Management (Quote /Recharge / Downtime / Invoice/ Evidence and Periodic review) Manage employee requests using IT support ticket system Skills**:Excellent customer service skills ** Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills **Previous working experience in IT support ** Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) ∙ A good memory of how software and operating systems work **Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with employees to establish what the problem is and explain the solution**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
