Roles and Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities
Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards to increase partner profitability and earning capacity.-
- Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy.-
- Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners.-
- Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.-
- Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market - Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures.-
- Maintaining the high active percentage of partners.-
- Controlling attrition of partners.-
- Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same.**Skills and Experience Required**:- Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably in insurance, broking, Banks & NBFC in Personal Loan, Credit cards sales companies, Asset Management.-
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with cross-functional teams and management.-
