**Graphic Designer - Intern - Paid Internship (3 months - with the possibility of extension to Full time employment).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the design team in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to design concepts.
- Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference and ease of collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback, incorporate changes, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and content teams, to support their design needs.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging design technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work (if available).
- Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and seek opportunities to contribute.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
