**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Online demo or sharing Presentation & Proposal Submission, Quotation submission. (via Visit / Mail / WhatsApp) Negotiation with HOT clients/calls.
- Schedule appointments for sales executives to meet with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and manage client accounts to nurture ongoing relationships.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance the products and services offered.
- To stay updated with the latest developments in digital advertising technologies and sales strategies.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Calling customers for Outstanding Payments.

**Job Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
