**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive and rigorous lessons in IIT Physics, covering topics such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, optics, and modern physics.
- Develop and implement a structured curriculum that aligns with the requirements and standards of the IIT entrance examinations.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment techniques to engage students and monitor their progress effectively.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including coaching on problem-solving techniques, exam strategies, and time management skills.
- Create a motivating and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary connections and integrate relevant topics from mathematics and other science disciplines into the physics curriculum.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to the IIT entrance exam syllabus, patterns, and trends, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and stakeholders to provide feedback on student progress and performance.
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in IIT Physics education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialization in Physics.
- Strong understanding of the concepts and principles of physics relevant to the IIT entrance examinations.
- Previous experience teaching IIT Physics or preparing students for competitive exams such as JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to support student learning and success.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
