As a
**Quality Assurance Business Partner,** you will be an independent resource that helps manage, train, and develop quality management systems for Bradken facilities as required by Bradken’s Integrated Management Systems, and the development of any standards, procedures, and guidelines required for quality and NDT Product Specification compliance for all Bradken products.

You will be accountable for ensuring sites monitor, manage, and control their quality risk through communication, guidance, and escalation of quality system/process non-conformances. You will be responsible for ensuring sites are compliant with corporate and ISO accreditation requirements.

You will be the matter expert or prime point of contact for the escalation of product and process QA issues, allocate, track, and facilitate actions for any serious Quality-related incidents, and report on any inventory or WIP consequences from related quality incidents.

Overall, you will establish, lead, and mobilize cross-functional regional Quality teams as necessary to successfully complete product QA projects and ensure compliance with applicable specifications/laws/regulations. As this role is also global, you may also be required to visit other sites to conduct quality management activities in conjunction with the Global Quality Assurance Manager, Product Sourcing, Product Development, and Manufacturing.

**Key Criteria**:

- Six Sigma and/or professional certification as an internal auditor for ISO standards is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field
- Understanding of manufacturing processes in a foundry and fabrication facilities
