Trader -coal

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and trends in the coal market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with coal suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate trading activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and buyers to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Execute trades and manage positions in accordance with company policies and trading strategies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess performance and make informed trading decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, to support trading activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry developments affecting the coal market.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize trading profits and minimize trading risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on trading activities, market conditions, and performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coal trading or commodity trading, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of coal market fundamentals, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and trading strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market information to make informed trading decisions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk management techniques.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and systems used in commodity trading.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in a positive manner.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
