**Job Description**:
Role summary:
- Ares is seeking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Mumbai.Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible to collaborate with internal stakeholders to set up meetings related to the Talent Aquisition function.-
- Maintain and update various Talent Aquisition team report and analytics on a regualr basis.-
- Actively support the Senior Recruiters in day to administrative mandates.

**Education**:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields.

Experience required:
- Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of relevant experience as a recruiting coordinator / recruitment operations is preferred.- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.- Knowledge of recruitment life cycle would be a plus.- Prior Workday experience would be a plus.
