Your mission is to provide a Self-Serve Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics capability including data visualisation, guided analytics and dashboarding, embedded analytics and reporting. Empowering different business units across the bank to harness the full potential of their data by providing a secure, scalable, and collaborative cloud platform through Tableau Cloud.

Enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. You will constantly prioritise tasks and the squad’s backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making. You will also ensure that the work is strategically aligned to the Tech and Product Area mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.

About You

Must have 10years plus relevant experience
Deliver and enable common Reporting, Visualization and Insights capabilities across the enterprise that is efficient and easy to use.
Represent Enterprise Data Insights in key stakeholder forums and influence business around best practices
Partner with external and internal stakeholders to ensure all squads are building the right product and course correct if needed.
Balance the short-term productivity with the long-term health of the value stream, while addressing technical debt.
Maintain and groom a common backlog for the stream and Create, prioritise, sequence, and maintain the Product Backlog.
Assist with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and ensure the Squad remains aligned to these.
Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure the Squad is building the right product and course corrects if needed.
Liaise with Product Area Lead and other PO's to ensure the squad has the right amount of support to succeed.
Actively participate in daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Showcases and Retrospective ceremonies.
Use metrics to ensure feedback from customers is captured as well as continually reviews product progress.
Detail Description

Manage demand for allocated value stream with adequate stakeholders’ engagement and alignment to EDI strategy.
Manage financial aspects of budgeting, licensing, people, and infrastructure cost
Balance the short-term productivity with the long-term health of the value stream, while addressing technical debt.
Ensure regular communication to both business and technology groups, Identify and Manage project risks that could impact the project goals
You will be responsible for the personal development and performance reviews of Chapter members, based on input from Product Owners and Squad members.
Work with Architects and lead engineers to deliver an augmented self-service experience to the business users.
Drive end to end analytical value stream to support ANZx, Risk, Institutional and Group Functions.
