**Job Description: Branch In charge**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Financial** **Management**: Must be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the branch operates within its allocated resources.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:One of the primary roles is to lead and manage a team of employees effectively. This includes training and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
- **Customer Relations**:Maintaining excellent customer relations is paramount. Must address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience to build loyalty and drive sales.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:Must ensure that all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Sales and Business Development**:Driving revenue and business growth is a core responsibility. He/she often set sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and foster relationships with local businesses to increase revenue.
- **Responsible for collection and Audit**:Must be responsible for branch collection work as well as the audit
- **Problem-Solving**:Inevitably, challenges and obstacles arise. Must possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
**Essential Skills**
- **Leadership**: The ability to inspire and lead a team is at the heart of this role. A Branch Manager should be adept at motivating and guiding their staff towards common goals.
- **Communication**: Clear and effective communication is vital within the team and when dealing with customers, upper management, and external stakeholders.
- **Financial Acumen**: A strong grasp of financial principles, including budgeting and analysis, is essential for managing the branch's financial health.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
