Job Description

**Business Process / Functional knowledge**:
General business process knowledge in SD & MM.
Integration knowledge with S/4HANA using SAP BTP-CPI

**Soft skills/Analytical skills & Other Requirements**:
Good analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good awareness of entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC. Should also be good in visualizing and formulating process flow diagrams.

**Mandatory**: Must be willing to work in any shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift (all hours in IST)
**Requirements**:
**Technical**: BTP CPI

**Mandatory**:
Should understand the functional design, prepare technical design, develop interfaces & mapping in CPI, bug fixing, testing, documentation
Should have worked as a hands-on CPI middleware consultant as an individual contributor.
Must have hands on exposure in BTP IS - Cloud Integration, API Management (API portal, Business Hub) and Open Connectors.
Using API Portal to call exposed SAP S4 HANA API’s (via APIM)
Should have experience in discovering standard Integration flows and defining custom Integration flows.

**Expertise in handling integrations using various CPI adapters**: ODATA, SFTP, FTP, IDOC, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST, AMQP, JDBC, XI Proxy Adapters.
Should have experience in handling different data conversion techniques (like json to xml, csv to xml etc.)
Should have experience in using various CPI pallet options (Integration patterns - Message transformations, Aggregator, Enricher, Splitter, etc.)
Should have experience in SAP integration technologies PI, CPI, EDI, ALE/ IDOC, RFC/BAPI and API based integrations.
Must have expertise in writing Groovy & Java scripts.
Well experienced in WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT technologies.
Must have expertise in Message Mapping techniques (including defining UDF’s) and XSLT mappings.
Must Have knowledge in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques, data persistence and retry mechanisms.
Should have knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms
Should have both CPI Development Experience and Operation Support experience.
Able to transport Design Objects from non-production tenants to production tenants. (using any one of the methods: Manual, CTS+, TMS)

**Nice to Have**:
Working knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) service.
Practical experience implementing service-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, SOAP/REST web services and HTTP
Good to have knowledge on BTP IS - B2B/EDI Trading partner management and Integration Solution Advisory methodology (Exploring MIG, MAG etc.)
Good to have knowledge on Event based Integrations using SAP NetWeaver Event-Enablement & Event Mesh (Queues & Topics)
Well versed with Database - SAP HANA/ SAP HANA Cloud and Oracle
Understanding & working knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP)
- Based service

**Experience in Migration Projects from other middleware (like**: Web Methods, GXS) is preferred
