**Job Descriptions**:
Ensure proper compliance under SEBI act, SCRA, Rules and Regulation & Byelaws of the exchanges and depositories and circulars issued from time to time. Handle queries / investigation of stock exchanges and initiate action against the queries. Responsible for various periodical submissions to SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories. Attend audit & inspections carried out by various authorities prior and post inspection work. Ensure proper management of the various compliance related activities to avoid non-compliance and penalties. To implement the regulatory directives issued through circulars and regulations applicable to Angel Group. Attend and resolve all queries raised by team members Skills:
