Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our operational processes. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of our supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and overall operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement efficient operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, production planning, vendor management, and distribution.

3. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and optimize inventory turnover to minimize excess inventory and stockouts.

4. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of products while maintaining quality standards.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Streamline logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.

8. Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and professional development.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in operations management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational activities with business objectives and priorities.

Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree, management preferred.**
**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.**

**- Effective leadership and team management abilities.**

**- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and logistics platforms.**

**Salary**: ₹9,377.41 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
