As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic South Indian dishes. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high quality and traditional flavors of the cuisine. Key responsibilities include creating menu items, managing kitchen operations, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring food safety standards. Your role is vital in delivering a delightful and authentic South Indian dining experience to customers.
